I enjoy taking messy, repetitive or complex business processes and turning them into systems that actually work.

My work sits between AI engineering, automation, backend systems and business operations. I like understanding how something works today, finding what slows it down, and figuring out how a system can make it simpler and more reliable.

I am particularly interested in applying AI where it creates measurable operational value: a finance team that stops rebuilding the same report by hand, a support queue that gets triaged before anyone opens it, a process that runs on schedule instead of on memory. Less AI for the sake of AI, more systems that quietly do the work.
